Oakes Recruitment is working with a fantastic business in Lowestoft who are looking for another person to join their team, as a Finance and Business Support Asssistant.
You will have previous expereince and Ideally the AAT qualification.
Your duties and responsiblities will include
To have an extensive knowledge of the company, its aims, objectives and its strategic direction
Recording receipts and payments
Processing Sales Invoices and Purchase Invoices
Answers questions and provide assistance to stakeholders, customers, and suppliers as required
Credit Control and processing sales remittances
Credit Account application process for new customer accounts
To record office expenditure and manage costs, petty cash
Collating and processing expenses claims
Bank reconciliations
Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
Assist the financial Controller in creating financial reports as required
Adhere to the company’s or organisation’s financial policies and procedures
To answer telephone enquiries, take messages and redirect telephone enquiries as required
Liaise with the factory and client regarding replacements for damaged / missing items and adjust stock

Use a range of office software and company ERP system, to ensure the efficient running of the Business Support Team, manage data and produce documents and presentations

* Ability to explain complex financial information in a clear way and to prepare clear, informative reports for management
