Oakes Recruitment Limited are acting as a Recruitment Agency for our client and we are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Office Administrator for Maternity Cover on behalf of a prestigious and dynamic motorsport company based in Silverstone. This will be up to a 12-month contract depending on the successful candidate’s availability to start.

A successful candidate will have experience in a demanding but rewarding environment such as the motorsport industry and have the proactive and responsible attitude imperative for a high-level Office Administrator.

The Candidates main responsibility will be ensuring the smooth running of all front of house activities, dealing with incoming post, deliveries, phone calls etc. Ensuring parcels are shipped out in a timely manner. There will also be some travel organisation required, however there is support for this function should it be required.

Other roles include but aren’t limited to, checking the expenses of staff when needed, organising the ordering of team necessities such as clothing, stationary and cleaning supplies. Communicating with all departments within the company and assisting new members of the team along with supporting those that are long standing members of the team. The ideal candidate will be an all-round helper, that is an integral part of making sure that everything runs effectively and smoothly.

A professional and polite manner is essential as you will be an integral part of the front facing facet of the company. Motorsport is a multi-national industry that will require conversing with people from all around the world. Experience in a similar role is necessary, however, if you feel you meet the criteria please apply.

Required skills include previous high-level administrative support experience. Experience with reconciling of credit cards/pre-paid expense cards. Meeting scheduling. A reactive and responsive nature to requests from the management team.
