Oakes Recruitment are currently recruiting a Financial Assistant on behalf of a prestigious and dynamic motorsport company based in Silverstone.
A successful candidate will have experience in a demanding but rewarding environment such as the motorsport industry and have the proactive and responsible attitude imperative for a challenging role such as a Financial Assistant.
The Candidates main responsibility will be assisting in the busy schedule of an esteemed F3 driver, whilst also having good knowledge of finance and a financial background as the successful candidate will have to work closely with the financial director. Roles include but aren’t limited to, checking the expenses of staff when needed and answering financial questions related to funding and queries when needed. Develop monthly budgets and Financial plans, manage sponsorship, manage monthly financial reports and assist the Financial Director in any tasks they may need doing. The ideal candidate will be an all-round helper, that is an integral part of making sure that everything runs effectively and smoothly. A professional and polite manner is essential as you will be interacting with clients on behalf of the team. Along with these skills the ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Russian; Motorsport is a multi-national industry that will require conversing with people from all around the world. A full, valid passport is fundamental due to the possibility of travel along with a full UK driving licence. Experience in a financial role is necessary, however, if you feel you meet the criteria please apply.
