Sales and Purchase Ledger
Bank and statement reconciliation
BACS processing and billing
Month end reporting
General Accounts and Administrative duties
Key skills and experience for Accounts Assistant
Previous Accounts experience is essential
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Motivated to meet deadlines
Good administrative skills
Maintain professionalism at all times
This is a 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday position to start immediately, to cover holidays, and maternity.
Must have previous experience and be able to start immediately. Must have Worldpay, Pegasus, excel and XRL knowledge. Someone one with a solid accounts background would be ideal. To assist with credit control, accounts and invoice/order processing. Must be an all round accounts team player. Covering purchase ledger as well as credit control. Training will be given, as well as fantastic team support with you.
